A few weekends ago I rented a zippy little car and set off for Clover SC to photograph some of my favorite people. Yes I drove a little car. In fact I laughed pretty hard when I walked up to it at the airport. This tiny little Chevy Spark had plenty of room for me and my tall husband and was super fun to drive.  I was a bit skeptical about Clover, SC. I am not gonna lie it sounded a bit sketchy. It ended up being a cute little country town with rolling hills. I loved the drive to their house.  I was super flattered when Rachel and Steven had contacted me to come up and do their “lifestyle” family photos for them. After searching around Clover for photographers Rachel found herself displeased with what she saw and she told me, “I guess when you’re spoiled by the best it’s hard to find another!” How sweet of her!?! I’ve photographed this family twice before and I was so excited to get the chance to again. They’re the sweetest family and so fun! Since this shoot they’ve given birth to their newest addition, Liam. They’ve surely got their hands full with four kids but if anyone can handle it, it’s these guys. Rachel and Steven have raised some of the most brilliant kids I’ve seen and they’re super photogenic, well behaved, AND they love zombies! I could just scoop them up and take them home with me.
