Once we've met you're family and I treat you as such. I don't want to be that person that just shows up for a gig and is done. I want to get to know you so that we are both comfortable working together and we are totally on the same page with what we want to do.

Why am I different
I would love more than anything to capture a season in your life. One where I get to show up to your house and photograph the kids playing, doing homework, playing vidoe games and having snack time. To me, it's those moments that are precious but fleeing and having them captured permanently leaves you with great images to look back on and cherish for a long time.

what makes me different
Having the cutest dog ever named Moseley, coffee (lots of coffee), jeans and t-shirts, laughing a lot, seeing as many bands live as I possibly can, rocking purple hair occasionally, playing bass on Sundays, and one of my favorite things - watching the Office with my husband repeatedly.
what I'm known for:
My name is Jeanne (pronounced G-Knee) and I am a photographer in Charleston, SC. I have lived in Charleston my whole life and may not ever leave but I sure do love to travel and visit other places. While wedding photography has filled up a good bit of my 13 year career span as a photographer, commercial photography has always been a passion of mine.
I love getting to help people see an idea or vision for something come to life through images. Whether it be a cover of an album for a musician, a big ad campaign or helping you with your personal branding. I'm thrilled to be there to help bring that idea to life.
I love music (sometimes a little too much) and working with bands and musicians is probably one of my most favorite things. Music is woven into my life just as much as photography is and I hope to someday travel with a band and capture all of the shenanigans on and off stage (hello bucket list!). While I enjoy taking photos of other musicians I also enjoy being on the other side of that playing bass. I think being a musician myself really allows me to fully understand the art that goes into writing and recording music. and thusly creating images that help bring it all together.

I love that photography gives me many opportunities to meet and work with so many great people. While I do photograph a lot of various things, I love more than anything helping people come up with great images that will hopefully help them succeed at their work. Photography can play a huge role in advertising, your personal branding and online identity or just simply getting a message across. I love brainstorming ideas and then seeing those ideas played out in images. If you're someone that needs commercial photography for advertising or any other marketing/promotional need I would love to help.
