With every wedding I have the pleasure of photographing I am constantly asking myself “how did I get here?” The fact that this is what I get to do for a living is just something I am so grateful for everyday. Truly blessed to do what I do. I get to work with so many great couples and today’s wedding couple was just the sweetest!! I enjoyed my short time with them immensely!! Their wedding I am sharing with you today was one for the books for sure!! A 14 hour day (for me) filled with lots of love, two ceremonies, and a wonderful couple that kept their cool all day and truly seemed to enjoy the whole day. I don’t even think the word stress was in their vocabulary and if it was….no one was the wiser. Sujata and Jacob decided to honor both of their religious backgrounds and have two ceremonies, a Catholic ceremony at St Benedict Church in Mt Pleasant and a Hindu ceremony later that day at the Daniel Island Club. This was my first time getting to photograph a Hindu ceremony and it was nothing short of extraordinary. I’m personally still reminiscing over their day and I know for sure they have to be as well! I’ll let the enormous amount of photos continue to tell the story.
Of course this wedding could not have been pulled off without the tremendous work of these fabulous vendors:
